Baxter Forensic Group is strongly inspired by the pioneering work of Project Dunkelfeld in Germany. The Project undertook a public media campaign to get individuals sexually attracted to children in for treatment before they offended. In an effort to ensure individuals have access to treatment, we offer a Prevention Clinic in Calgary (and via video sessions to other locations). Confidential treatment is available with the highly experienced therapists in our office. Learn more about limitations on confidentiality. Individuals must attend voluntarily and be genuinely interested in addressing their issues.
Prevention Clinic patients can contact our therapists directly for an appointment, stating he or she would like an appointment for the Prevention Clinic, no referral is necessary.
